Panama City, Nov. 5 (CNA) Chinese Taipei’s International Olympic Committee (IOC) member Wu Ching-kuo was elected president of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Sunday, according to a press release issued by the Republic of China Embassy in the Dominican Republic.
